23.12.2012 Cousin Nisa's Engagement Day.

Got engaged to a Singaporean, both families came with cute pink and blue theme. My favourite, the candy booth. I can never say no to RV cupcakes, cookies and rainbow cake!

Congrats Nisa!

The good news is; seems like 4 big weds among relatives are gonna happen next year! Combine wedding cousin Nisa and her youngest sis Nana, so we're expecting its gonna be a pretty big event, plus attend the wedding on their Singapore side. Cousin Saddiq from Sarawak also in the wedding list, so yeah, we're gonna fly to Kuching. oh I miss Kuching, and Sweekang! And.. and.. my sis. my youngest sis. Ja, ich bin ernst! She's gonna get married sooo next year. Before me. Hmm.. Well, I accept that fact, and I see prezzie!

The bad news is; It is all gonna happen end of the year. When I am not around, well, if that really happen. If you don't know what I mean, check it out here. There is no possible way to come back to Malaysia and take part. Including my sis' wedding. Sad. very sad. Huwaaaaaaaa.

Noted. NOTED.

I need therapy. I need peaceeeeee! I need to find a man. And I need motivation.

Great catches during Big Bad Wolf. Soooooo gonna read these when semester comes to the end, especially, that one. On top. As for now, final exams... please be good to me. Yayy, da nak final! Thesis tak siap-siap lagiiii. Stresssssssss.

08.12.2012 BFF's wedding, the Bridesmaid and Dulang Girls version.

*definitely my most favourite in my wedding songs playlist, this is for you, bestie!

Nada Izzati & Syaahid

Back in Kemaman, Nada and I were in the same primary school together, but we never talked to each other. Until we were in secondary school, we were placed in the same class. It happened that we coincidentally met each other at one of the shopping malls in KL back then, we were so excited and since then we get so close. We realized that we really have something we could talk long over the phone, everyday. We talked about subjects, teachers, shopping, BOYS. Yes, we love gossiping! That was how we've become bestfriend.

We share the same interest, PINK! we wore the same pattern of schoolbags every year, pencilcases, handkerchief, we both loved Hello Kitty, we went to the same tuition class Sir Shanti, and believe it or not, we had a very similar handwriting! hahaa. She was a prefect, so I as a white-uniform student would always be able to sneak out even though I got long nails and wore pink socks.

Together with Shira, Najiah, Mawarni, Syarina and Zieharina we created a clan. We spent nights at one's house and stayed up to study, and gossiping. There was a time when we stayed at Awana Kijal Hotel for 3 days 2 nights and enjoy the privileges. We did so many crazy things like drove a car illegally and got involve with small accident, and the unforgettable moment when together with our male friends, we were chased by Ska group! hahaa scary but quite a great experience though.. oh how I miss every single moment when we were in SMKSI2!

When we were in highschool, she promised that I'll be her bridesmaid when she gets married. Can't believe that after so many years, she still keep her promise. I am so touched! Ouch. So here I am, at my BFF's wedding day.. as her bridesmaid. yikes!

Oh. Its been 14 years since we've become best friend.. How time flies fast. Can't believe you are now a wife, my Nada sayangg! Congratulations on your wedding. I am so happy for you, no better words to express how lovely you looked on your wedding day. I am glad to take part and be with you on your big day. Thank you for being my best friend since back then. As you are starting a new innings of your life, my good wishes are always with you. Wishing you a happy married life. May our friendship will not gonna stop here. Never! Syaahid, please take care of my Nada, ok! hee. May Allah s.w.t bless your wedding and live happily till Jannah, InsyaAllah.. Enjoy your honeymoon in Bali dear! :)

Till then.

Ohh anyway.. few friends asked where did I buy the dresses I wore. I actually bought the kain ela and asked tailor to sew based on what I've designed. Yes, I've designed it myself. Anyone interested to appoint me for engagement or wedding? tehee.

Lotsa lotsa love,

Childhood memories.

“Memories of childhood were the dreams that stayed with you after you woke.”- Julian Barnes

I cannot remember too much from my young childhood,

besides the warm feeling from the days my mom would pick me up from grade school till high school by car when our home was just about 1 km walk,
grandmother taught me how to ride a bike and I fell in the bushes,
and the moment when I fell into a wide drainage when I was trying to cross it by riding 'ponny',
played getah, anak kang and tingting with childhood friends at badminton court in front of our house till Maghrib,
and sometimes I hosted parties and organized singing and story-telling competition and invited everyone to join in with great prizes await,
we cycled to the library every Saturday, spent an hour to read books and went to play at the playground and to ate keropok lekor and air kelapa.
we would spend our holidays with cousins in KL whenever we have school break,
friended with a group of popular girls in primary school and we ate at our spot under the tree.
the 'innocent' side of me when I tried to make extra money, I've bought stationery at normal price using the money I've collected about RM10, and after the items were all sold out, I only got RM2 in return. My business ruined.
we would eat fried chicken and satay for dinner almost everyday since Abah was a well-known tauke of the 'Sajian Bistari' back in Kemaman, and cikgu-cikgu would requested Abah to sponsor those whenever we have class party
And I've been called 'anak tauke'. And 'ayam' and 'zirafah' because of my name. Kids..

Well, childhood life was great.

And those photos reminded me of how we were so into the powerful team of Power Rangers, Maskmen and Flashmen. Siap tape cerita lagi. hahaa. Those days.

omg. LOL

With love,
